The owner of Neighborhood Heating and Cooling has been working in the HVAC field since 1993. In 2018, he took his experience in the field and formed a business that has been steadily increasing over the past few years. Steve Cogar now has 5 employees who provide quality air and heat products and service. Reliable, comfortable and competitively priced air conditioning and heating products and service are our daily goals.
